The client support service including training materials, contact facilities and individual client services.

Now available to non-Mode clients looking to access a support service for Joomla. Mode Solutions has been working on Joomla systems for over  3 years and now manages over 80 Joomla website solutions.

Signing up as a Client Mode customer gives you access to a broad range of services and support including customisation, help, advice, site monitoring, marketing advice and online chat resolution.

As from 1st February Client Mode services and charges are going to be more reflective of the support on offer and provided.

Basic Level Support - Hosting and Joomla failures, your online insurance policy £295.00 per year or £25.00 per month for a minimum of one year.

Enhanced Support Service - Priority services, telephone facilities and marketing advisory £1,200 per year or £100 per month for a minimum of 10 months .

Marketing Services - Are now available. Full details are available through the Research Mode website.
