The Superior support Service Contract gives you more than just an insurance policy, it works with you to help you develop your site and its solutions and give you the best options for web site advancement.

What you are paying for is our knowledge and services to adjust and assist when you need it most.

It provides:

  • Help desk ticket system
  • Project System Access - Allows you to Monitor development projects and modify requirements
  • Access to the knowledgebase (which is built up by questions received )
  • Development changes and code correction***
  • Customisation and design alterations***
  • Component Installation and Module Installation Services*
  • Access to our skype support service
  • 30 Hours Support included for development, marketing, design or technical changes (Equivalent Value £1050)
  • Phone support including new out of hours emergency access support number.
  • Reduced additional support hour costs

 

Some development changes may be so significant in nature that an additional charge may be necessary. You will be advised before the work commences if that is the case.

 

*Where the components or Modules have a cost that cost willbe passed on

***Charges may be necessary for large scale alterations or more than one Major change selected during the contract term
