spannerFor a flat rate of just £650.00 you get one years worth of technical and marketing support.

This support is availabale by email and ticket only, although phone support can be made by arrangement.

 

 

What support do you get?

The Standard Support Service Contract gives you piece of mind. It is an insurance policy for the times where you cannot get something to work.

What you are paying for is our knowledge and services to adjust and assist when you need it most.

It provides:

  • Help desk ticket system -  limited to 10 tickets
  • Access to the knowledgebase both hosting and Web Platform (which is built up by questions received )
  • Minor development changes and code correction
  • Minor customisation and design alterations based on hourly limits to a maximum of 3 hours.
  • Component Installation and Module Installation Services*
  • Access to our skype support service by arrangement
  • Regular Site Backups, database, hosting checks, automated support and site monitoring
  • Facility to order more support as needed

In most cases the standard support is usually all that is needed for established sites. For new sites we would recommend the Superior Service Contract.
