Once you are a Mode Client you will be given a unique sign in account which in turn gives you access to a support line.

I will be adding more video tutorials online covering the majority of Joomla and the most common Joomla Extensions administration assistance.

This service is now also open to none Mode clients.

To access the Joomla support line it will cost just £350* per year.

That covers the time and effort it takes to produce the video and help files and man the support line.

Currently the service is just provided between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Mon to Fri - GMT

It is hoped that this will be extended following on from new partnership deals we will be announcing soon.
